Whew! Looks like TypePad had some problems yesterday!!! I am here on my business trip...I only got 3 hours of sleep and have to head into meetings.....I couldn't put my post up last night, things didn't work...but sometime today or this evening, I'll have up the details of the fitness challenge...including the prizes!!! YAHOO!!!!
How am I going to take care of myself today? I am going to drink tons of water and take the stairs instead of the elevator...something I always do now...yesterday, in all of the airports I was in, I declined taking the moving sidewalk and walked along side it while carrying my bags...tons of extra cardio. There's lots and lots of ways to burn more calories in the day without even knowing you're doing it...park further away from the store or wherever you have to go today.
Our first big hurdle to overcome is evening eating....I'm going to challenge you first to stop eating at 6pm...I always see the fastest progress when I do that!!
